Refund policy


Your 100% Satisfaction is our goal, but please read through our policy as our limitless generosity only extends to our kids. For the rest of ya, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund, return, or exchange. 

 

Exchanges - If it's broke... we fix it.

We will replace poorly printed, defective, or damaged items upon receipt.

If your item falls in this category, Contact Us Here with EXCHANGE in the message and include your order number.  We will reply asking for a picture of the product, and after confirmation will promptly send you another free of charge.

Got the wrong size? No problem. It happens.  We will exchange however you will be responsible for all shipping costs. So please read sizing charts carefully.

Return & Refund no questions asked? Ok, but...

Contact Us Here first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unused item. (except where the problem is our fault) Once your return is received and inspected to be in still new condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund.

 

Please do not simply ship items to the return address on your packaging, if your questions are not answered above, Contact Us Here first and include your order number.
